Telescopic crew basket that can operate either positive or negative tp o/u-r

When maintaining bridges, viaducts and the like, work is often carried out on scaffolding or fixed man baskets. These solutions, as well as providing lower security standards, take a long time to set up and are also not very versatile with little opportunity for movement. The TP O/U-R crew basket (ATT-01-024) is the solution Magni offers for this type of application. It is a telescopic retractable crew basket that allows both positive and negative work, with a maximum capacity of 250 kg and approved to accommodate two people on board. It is equipped with a special arm position sensor that transmits data directly to the touchscreen in the cabin. It has a 340° rotation, controlled by a hydraulic rotary actuator, while remaining extremely compact. This makes it possible to reach any point by taking advantage of its small dimensions of 1195 x 800 mm.The new -R version of the attachment presented at Bauma 2022 brings with it the biggest innovation, the new hydraulic double swivel system that can be operated directly from the cab. This system allows the new basket to further simplify work, reduce time and optimize productivity. In addition to bridge maintenance, thanks to its extreme versatility in operation, this tool can be used in many contexts within the construction industry. A standard remote control (OPT-002-008) is required to operate the crew basket. This accessory is compatible with the RTH series.
