The high performance and versatility of Magni telehandlers proves once again to be ideal for the large construction sector. This time, the center of Matera has played host to one of our models.

The project is carried out in a municipality that has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993. The aim is to improve the city’s infrastructure by building an underground parking lot under municipal buildings and courthouses. In addition, a public park with gardens will be built on top of the parking lot. The telehandler was supplied by Gruppo Festa S.r.l., a dealer that has worked fruitfully with the Castelfranco Emilia-based company for 11 years.

Focus on machine reach and capacity

Working in an area that is as valuable as it is fragile is not an easy task at all. There are many aspects to consider carefully. In the end, the Magni RTH 6.26 rotating telehandler was chosen because of its great reach and capacity, allowing us to best handle the operational challenges. Carla La Torre, Technical Director on site, shared her excitement at seeing a Magni telehandler in action for the first time and emphasized how its flexibility allows it to work effectively in both large and small spaces where it may not be possible to install a crane.

The versatility of this roto is truly impressive. By adapting to different site requirements and due to the variety of attachments available, the Magni telehandler makes it possible to handle different materials efficiently and easily. In fact, the model is used both with forks for unloading materials from trucks and with the winch for placing the concrete panels. Furthermore, the visibility of the cabin allows operators from the contractor, Trezza S.r.l., to work in complete safety, increasing efficiency and productivity.
